The Lebanon Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to a large and exciting community event this Saturday, August 8th! The Our Town, Your Town Celebration will open to the public at 3:00 p.m. at the Lebanon I-44 Speedway.
The Our Town, Your Town Celebration will provide attendees an action packed evening including a game zone with inflatable’s, a wide display of vendors including food and drink items for purchase such as: funnel cakes, Italian ice, kettle corn, pork rinds and more! Vendors will be open for the duration of the event. Nascar Whelen All American racing begins at 6:00 p.m. and our special presentation for this year will be the Monster Energy Motocross Stunt Team. This dare devil, high flying act is sure to be a crowd pleaser. All of this entertainment is only $20.00 per carload to enter. We look forward to a wonderful evening for the entire family to enjoy. This event looks to surpass 2014’s attendance total of 3,800 people.

Once again the Lebanon Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the 5th Annual Business Expo and Fun Day! This year’s theme is “Look What’s Under the Big Top!” Attendance has escalated since the event began. Last year the attendance was 4,000 with more than 120 booths!
September 19th, 2015 9 AM-2 PM the Expo will be held at Lebanon’s Cowan Civic Center. Many of you are making exciting plans for your booth, including decorations, fun activates and drawings for the public to register to win great prizes!
In an effort to add value to our Chamber Membership, there will be NO fee for your business to have a booth at this event. However, booth space is limited and reservations will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. Sign up forms have been sent out in the mail to all Chamber Members. Booths will consist of a 16 feet wide by 10 feet deep space and includes one table and two chairs. All vendors will need to provide their own table covering. Wireless internet is available and electric is available to those who have requested (please remember to bring your own 25 feet power cord and power strip). The back of your booth will be a red and white curtain wall to which you may affix your business banner.
We expect the Expo to be a huge success! Marketing is currently underway and will increase as the day approaches. We look forward to seeing you at the Chamber Business Expo!
